The new PV by exist†trace. It’s VANGUARD. I must say, this is a definite change from their last work, which really sounded like a slower D’espairsRay indies track recorded through mud. There’s nothing wrong with it, but if dark and brooding isn’t your style of rock then you weren’t really going to get into them all that much. And if you did, odds were you found another band that did the same thing that they did only better.
VANGUARD is fast paced and sounds so much better really. It’s definitely a switch and it will take some time to grow on me but I’m not obsessively hating it with a passion. I want to hear the whole EP in it’s entirety but something’s telling me that I’m going to like what I hear this April.
Overall, the PV bothers me most in the one thing exist†trace can’t fix: the budget. Well that, and all the girls staring at me with the five brands of sexy, but mostly the budgets. Effects were thrown in that I felt really didn’t need to be thrown in or were too overdone, but the girls rocking out are always a good thing to watch.
VANGUARD -i am amused-
